  I called other insurance companies and was honest about the reason why I was being cancelled but no one believed me. My broker told me that I had to cancel otherwise I would be cancelled and would become "uninsurable" and high risk but if I cancelled myself there would be no problem.

  I called the company to inquire about the crawl space issue but no one would answer me, redirecting my calls back to the broker. My broker argues that it's the company that should answer me. I can't get a straight answer on what happened and no one seems to care.
