  I cannot say much about my experience, went in the get a rendez-vous and was told i could not get my eyes checked unless i have a phone number. First time in a long time that I have heard that a telephone was mandatory in life, since the 90s actualy. I was not offered any other methods of contacts, social media, email. I had been gone from Edmundston for well over a decade. Maybe I was spoiled in bigger cities where we had no wait time compared to a two months wait here and are also further in technology . But I did felt judge on my appearance, maybe business is booming so much that you could be picky on the customer. I just wanted glasses for my eyes, not a date. Anyway I feel like this might be helpful if you are an outsider wanting to set up a new account. Personally I could not trust them with my vision knowing they are not going out of their way for customers, and are that far behind with the internet. I still gave a star for location, the building and decorations. Although, bad people skills has nothing to do with ophthalmology and optometry. Selling a product only has one recipe.
